Cancellations:
In the event that the booking is cancelled then a cancellation penalty will be levied in accordance to the following: 0 – 7 days prior to check-in forfeit 90 % of booking price. 8 – 14 days prior to check-in forfeit 50 % of booking price. 15 – 21 days prior to check-in are entitled to a refund of the prevailing hotel rate.
